In a very quiet area, at the edge of a small Istrian village, the house providesSituated in a quiet and exclusive residential community, and only ten minutes drive to the historic town of Pazin, this property, due to its orientation, enjoys sunshine extending late into the evening. Right in front of the house there is a garden with a swimming pool. The main front door is in the middle of a stone, full width terrace. To the right of the entrance is the dining area and a kitchen, and on teh left there is a living room with a flat screen SAT TV and a sofa. Right across the entrance there is a staircase with leads upstairs where you can find three bedrooms with two double beds and one single bed, and a bathroom with shower.
