Within walking distance is Uzer where you can do quick shopping trips and get fresh bread and croissants every morning.At the pool you can sit on one of the many other seats and enjoy the quiet surroundings.The extremely friendly owner and his wife, who live in the same area in the summer months, occasionally use the heated swimming pool with a nice sitting area with a canopy but fully respect your privacy and will mainly use it when you're not there.From this centrally located gite you can easily discover all the nice towns and attractions in the Ardeche. Just a stone's throw away is the picturesque medieval town of Largentière (5km) and Balazuc (4km), which is at least as old and beautiful. Don't forget to take a canoe trip down the Ardeche river or visit one of its sandy beaches.
