It perfectly suits the needs of three families or a group of friends. There is a large private garden in front which is suitable for children and it only takes a short 3 minute walk to reach the nearest beach. Enough parking spaces are provided and there is a free WiFi connection available. The area attracts visitors for its sandy beaches and proximity of the Velebit mountain. Island of Pag can be reached in a 15 minute car drive and Zadar, an ancient town on the coast is only 20 minutes away. Within 1hour driving distance you can visit national parks Krka Waterfalls, and most important climbing centre in Croatia Paklenica. Also, from Zadar there are boat excursions to the national park Kornati on dayly basis.
