b. In the case of force Majeure causing Essence of Turkey to cancel any holiday, such as war, strikes, fires, natural disasters etc, Essence of Turkey reserves the right to deduct their reasonable expenses from any refund given.
c. "Accommodation only" bookings are covered by the: Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tour Regulations 1992. When you book an "accommodation only" holiday with us we are not liable in any way for any other aspects of your travel arrangements that you have made.
Pools, Gardens and General Maintenance:
All our privately owned villas and apartments have contracts to provide essential maintenance to ensure your health and safety. Gardens and pools require daily upkeep, especially in the height of summer. It is not possible to carry out all general maintenance on the change over day, so we do try, wherever possible to minimize disruption to our guests.
Liability Disclaimer
All tenants, their families, guests, and other third parties therefore, enter the premises entirely at their own risk. They should exercise due care in these circumstances and should make their own personal insurance arrangements.
