The garden and pool are occasionally used by the owner who has a separate apartment below the home.The house is located on the Avenue of Empúries, reasonably busy during the day. Thanks to its ideal location, you are less than 1 km from the centre of Sant Pere Pescador. Also within 1 km is the beautiful gently sloping sandy beach. Sant Pere Pescador lies in the beautiful Emporda region, a small world of landscapes and one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean. Sights in the area include the "Aiguamolls Emporda" natural park (4 km), the ruins of Sant Marti d'Empuries (5km), the Dali museum in Figueres (17km) and "Cap de Creus" natural park (30km).
