Castelo Panoramic Penthouse by Homing Apartments are set in the historic center of Lisbon.

Apartment features

Five-room apartments with two bathrooms are suitable for up to 7 guests.Smoking is not allowed at the apartment.

The maximum number of guests for accommodation is 7 people.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited (except on the patio/terrace/balcony).

Baby cot is available (the guest must ask for it at the reservation) 15€ per reservation.

3% credit card tax that must be paid by the guest is automatically charged.

The apartment charges a cleaning fee that is not included in the room price and it is different from apartment to apartment it has to do with the number of rooms:

— 1 room apartment EUR 25;

— 2 room apartment EUR 35;

— 3 room apartment EUR 45;

— 4 room apartment EUR 55;

— 5 room apartment EUR 75.

Check-in is made at Welcome Center, where the staff will kindly give guest all details about his apartment.

Despite guest can only enter into the apartment at 3pm, Welcome Center is open from 9am to 8pm and luggage storage is possible within this period.

In case of keys forgotten at the apartment or other situations that requires a dislocation to the apartment (due to costumers) guest has to pay EUR 20 to the staff member for the service.

Check-in:

— 3pm to 8pm — at Welcome Center;

— 8pm to 10pm — at the Apartment for a fee of EUR 15;

— From 10pm — at the Apartment for a fee of EUR 30.

At the check-out guests must leave the apartment in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Otherwise Homing Place reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost.
