Located within the historical district of Lisbon, within walking distance from the city center, access can be made by tram, metro, bus or on foot, since access by car is restricted. If arriving by car will have to leave the car outside this area, there are several car parks (Feira da Ladra, Portas do Sol, Santa Apolonia).

The apartment with about 100 m², newly refurbished and decorated with good taste and quality, quiet, floors of wood, the decor is simple and warm, with a large room, a sofa and comfortable armchairs in the living room area you have a high dining table for 6 people, the kitchen, decorated in red is well equipped for those who like to cook.

The first suite has twin beds and a bathroom of pink marble, with a good shower, antique sink, bidet and toilet. The second suite is large with a window on the roof, two twin beds, has a great bathroom, shower massage, bathtub, two sinks, bidet and toilet. In winter you can use the electric heaters.

The apartment has a crib in the case of traveling with a baby with a cost of 20€, please if you want it prepared at your arrival please let us know at the time of the booking. And at the end of the day, the quiet of your arrival home, rest on our terrace, the tranquility of our street.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cleaning and Maintenance

At the check in the guest must leave the apartment in a reasonable state of cleanliness as found at the check in. Must remove trash from inside the apartment and put it in their containers. In case of default the Property Manager reserves the right to charge an extra fee of 30€.

Number of Guests

You must inform us the age and number of guests. Children with 4 years and under stay free of charge. The number of people who can use the apartment should never exceed the capacity of each apartment, except for children under 4 years old.

Behavior

At the check in one guest must be responsible for the proper use of the apartment and its equipment, and should ensure that the remaining guests obey with the rules of good conduct. The Guest agrees to abide by rules of the community. These may be posted in the unit or at the community pool or office. These rules may change from time to time. The silent period in Portugal is between 10pm and 10am, and night rest period must be respected. The apartments are in residential complexes you should be aware that the social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited. In the event of default the authorities may be alerted and you will be subject to fines imposed by them. Smoking is not allowed in any of our units. Smoking is not allowed outside by any open window/door. Smoking is permitted on balconies as long as the doors and windows are closed.

Severe Weather

We do not refund rents or deposits lost due to cancelled or shortened stays because of weather. Departures due to inclement weather do no warrant refund of rent or deposit. We suggest Vacation Travel Insurance during the hurricane seasons.

Falsified Reservations

Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance deposit and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
