If you are coming first time to Krakow we strongly recommend that you use our pick up service. Our representative will be waiting for you with a special welcome board in the arrivals hall and afterwards you will be safely transferred to the apartment. Please let us know in advance should you require our pick-up service.You can also take a fast train that will take you from the airport to the main train station. Otherwise you need to visit our check-in office to get the keys to your apartment first. The office is located in 34 Rynek G ówny street 31-010 Krakow (in the Old Town proper) you will find it easy to find when taking a taxi or coming by train. We will give you further instructions and a map of the area then. If visiting the reception is burdensome please contact property in advance to arrange a self-check-in procedure.
