From the apartment you have a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. In the lake there are good fishing and swimming possibilities. It is also possible to fish from the shore. The owner lives on the lot and will on request help you with fishing tips. There are nice hiking trails nearby. If you are interested in going on a small road trip Stavanger and Sandnes are nice places to visit. In Sandnes there are several nice art galleries, parks and restaurants well worth visiting. Stavanger offers a great number of shops and restaurants as well as a great cultural life. Take a day trip to the famous Lysefjord with the Preikestolen.
