Located in the Hiraizumi World Heritage Shizukatei offers Japanese-style accommodations and indoor/outdoor public hot spring baths. A free shuttle is available from JR Hiraizumi Train Station which is a 25-minute drive away and must be reserved at time of booking.The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding.
