Take the exit A6a/E05 marked Rouen/Paris-Centre/Périphérique. Take the exit in the direction of avenue de la Porte d Orléans. Turn right onto avenue de la Porte d Orléans and continue onto avenue du Général Leclerc. Continue onto avenue du Maine and make a slight right turn onto rue de Vaugirard.
