Villa / 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms / Sleeps 6Gorgeous villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in a villa nestled in one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods of Paris, in the 16th arrondissement, in an area closed to traffic and surrounded by vegetation.This amazing 100m2 apartment, spread on 2 levels, is located in an exclusive, elegant and quiet neighbourhood of Paris.The entrance, simple and cosy, welcomes its guests with a large mirror, whilst a beautiful wooden staircase invites them up to the first floor, where the house takes shape with its lovely décor in all the rooms. At the top of the stairs one enters into the dining room, dominated by a large ethnic dining table with period chairs from the 30's, clean and linear, and complete with a sideboard. The first door to the right from here leads into the separate kitchen, modern and fully equipped with all necessities including a dishwasher and microwave oven, and complete with two working surfaces, one on each side of the room, making it perfectly functional, and with a large window bathing it in natural sunlight.The second door to the right of the dining room leads into the marvelously unique first bedroom: with an irregular shape, albeit with a perfect geometrical layout, the room presents twin beds joined together (80cm X2) placed right in its center, whilst to the right a beautiful toilette with washbasin and a mirror in a wooden framework, and to one side a fireplace and an enormous mirror which enhances the natural light flooding in from the window; behind the bed a marble beam separates the bedding area from an original corner, a bathing area, entirely surrounded by mirrors, with a bathtub fitted in a white and blue decorated woodwork; to the end of the room two doors flank the fireplace, one leading into the comfortable built-in closet, the other into the en-suit toilet complete with bidet, making this room entirely perfectly from the rest of the house.Back towards the dining room, a foyer with an immense mirror invites guests to explore the other rooms. The first door to the left leads into the main bathroom, fitted with a washbasin, bidet, toilet and stall shower. The second door to the left leads into the master bedroom: walking into the bedroom the first glimpse is of the double bed (150cm wide), but turning around one is struck by the elegant boiserie which decorates the entire room, creating a beautifully symmetric design, with a door at each side of the bed - the one to the right being the door leading into the room, whereas the one to the left the door to the walk-in closet. To the end of the room a blue armchair with two matching poufs stand besides the lovely fireplace, itself decorated with an 18th century hand-painted boiserie, offering an ideal corner in which to relax in the intimacy of one's room. To the other side of the room a small writing desk completes the furnishings, whilst a mirrored door leads into a second built-in closet. The writing desk has an interesting feature to it: on its surface a carving as homage from an artist who had the pleasure of being a guest in this apartment.To the left of the main bedroom another door leads into the most beautiful room of the entire house, the living room. Here a breathtaking boiserie, real jewel of craftsmanship, decorates all four walls of the room, crowning this gorgeous apartment with unique features and characteristics. The right hand wall boasts a marvelous brick fireplace decorated with wooden carvings and flanked by two small bookcases and a door which hides a storage room. A large window allows for the whole room to be bathed in natural sunlight, enhancing all its beauty. Two white couches, of which one a double sofa bed (140cm wide), in stark contrast with the dominating colours of the room, make it a modern and young environment, as does the designer wooden coffee table, whilst two elegant leather poufs and a stand with the stereo and telephone, together with the flat screen TV, complete the room.Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities.
