The villa lies on a hill near Mougins (3 km) with a huge private garden in a vast villa district with lots of green. The villa is located just outside the village of Mougins (3 km) with a view on the city of Grasse (9 km). The villa is semi-detached with a studio (the residents can't see you and have their own entrance). On the covered terrace you can think about what you want to do the day after; perhaps visit one of the antique markets and one of the typical little French villages, relax on a terrace in the perfume city of Grasse or the cosmopolitan city of Cannes (8 km). More than 60 percent of the production of natural aromas (both for the perfume as the food industry) of France is made in Grasse.
