Spacious two bedroom apartment of about 90 sq.mt recently renovated in San Giovanni area, well connected to the public transport and subway line A.

The apartment opens into a spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bookcase and a small TV; the kitchen is fitted with fridge, oven, microwave, a comfortable bank and two stools. Both the day area and the kitchen open into the inner courtyard.

The night area is composed of a bathroom with two basins, bidet and Jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer, and two bedrooms. Linens and towels provided.

- The first bedroom comes with a wall closet (no doors) and a single bed; the windows look out into the courtyard.

- The second bedroom, looking out onto Via Elvia Recina, comes with a double bed (160X190 cm), a chest of drawers and a sofa. Air conditioning and flat screen TV are provided.

Extra facilities:

- Air conditioning only in the master bedroom.

Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need.

For check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost to be given in cash at check-in, as follows:

Saturday, Sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20

From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20

Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40

Every day 9PM to 7AM - €40.

Security Deposit: 300

There is a security deposit due upon arrival. The amount of the Security Deposit depends on the duration of the stay:

Duration of less than 15 days: €300

Duration of 15 days or more: €1,000

The Security Deposit will be returned to the Client in full within 5 days of the termination of the contract

The electricity and gas meters will be read upon check in and check out for these purposes. Should the monthly bill exceed this limit, the extra cost will be retained from the Security Deposit.

The Company may replace the Property with another of identical or superior quality, should the Company be unable to guarantee the Client use of the Property due to events of force majeure or for any contingencies beyond the Company's control. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.

The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
