Percy Place is an exclusive B&B in a Grade II listed Georgian house in the City of Bath. br / br / br / br / It used to be the home of Rev. William Jay one of the most eminent English Congregationalist preachers of Regency England who used to preach in the Argyle Chapel in Bath at the end of 1700s. The original Georgian features of the building are enhanced by the stylish decor of the rooms such as antiques trinkets and period furniture. br / br / br / br / At the same time a warm welcome top quality service (such as a home cooked breakfast with locally sourced ingredients) and modern comforts like free wi-fi make our guests feel at home and highly valued. br / br / br / br / Both the town and the countryside are on our doorstep. We are just a few minutes walk from the city centre and are very close to the Kennet & Avon Canal at the back of Kensington Meadows. The view of the countryside and back garden from the back of the house is relaxing and inspiring. There is free on street parking in the area. br / br / br / br / We are an Anglo-Italian couple - Simona & Richard Thompson - and we have been living in Bath since 2004.
