This nicely renovated town house is the perfect place for a comfortable holiday. The detached house is within walking distance from the town centre, where you can find several shops. The interesting surroundings have so much to offer: go for a drive and explore the many lovely hilltop villages. There are also plenty of cycling routes (including the Mont Ventoux for the real enthusiasts), as well as hiking, horse riding and abseiling possibilities. There's a park with a ropes course, a small lake and a restaurant a few kilometres away from your holiday home. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the two beautiful cities of Orange and Avignon; both are only a short drive away. And if your main aim for the holiday is to completely relax, you're still in the right place, as your holiday home is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. On the ground floor, you'll find a pleasant living area which features a Provençal style interior, an open fireplace and a spacious, fully equipped, open kitchen. The French doors in the kitchen open out onto the lovely, covered terrace, which is equipped with a BBQ to cook your delicious, Provençal summer meals. The house has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.All four bedrooms are situated on the first floor. One of the bedrooms is furnished with three single beds, the other rooms all have double beds. There's a bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet on the ground floor and there are two further bathrooms on the first floor.The cosy, enclosed garden has a few nice places to sit. The most striking feature of this garden is the view of the Mont Ventoux.
