A deposit via PayPal is required to secure your reservation (see Hotel Policies). The property will contact you with instructions after booking.Please note that guests will have to pay an additional fee per day in order to use the hot tub. The services of a chef can be requested for an extra charge. This service will be provided to up to 6 guests, and only covers the preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner; food and supplies are not included.If guest cancels 30 days before their arrival,refunds could take up to 30 days before returned to guest. Please inform Valencia Villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of USD 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
