We hope to offer a home from home feel.No frills basic clean low cost BREAKFAST AVAILABLE ALL WEEK BUT MUST BE BOOKED THE EVENING BEFORE BY GUESTS and this is at an extra cost NO CHECK IN AFTER 10 PM UNLESS PRE ARRANGED WITH ESTABLISHMENT. Evening meals are available however you will need to advise if you require as we only cook to order. We are on the main road into Swaffham so therefor please expect some noise from traffic. Ideal place to use as a base for visiting our beautiful coast towns Wells Cromer and many more. Ideal base to stay for R.A.F Marham Residents are able to check in at any time by calling on arrival you will be greeted by either the owner or a member of staff to enable you to check in.
