An older 9 floor building from the Soviet era houses this hostel of low standard. It stands on a rather big campus area on a hill just 1.500 meters from the center of town. Some basic renovation will take place before the Championships but sanitary and room quality will remain low. Every two rooms share a separate bathroom and a toilet.
