Atmospheric Spanish villa with separate guesthouse and a quiet location close to the village of Sayalonga on the Costa del Sol. The holiday home is located in a natural environment against a hill with a lovely, panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is beautifully decorated and furnished with care, offering plenty of space.The main house features a modern, separate kitchen and a spacious living room with fireplace. The sheltered, covered terrace at the front of the house is a wonderful place, both in the summer and in winter. It offers a panoramic view. A spacious terrace with large dining table and barbecue is situated beside the house. The other side of the main house features a guest house, reachable from the beautifully-maintained garden. This guest house has a lovely view too, and looks down at the private swimming pool with surrounding sun terrace. A lovely area with natural decoration and a sea and mountain view.Local shops and restaurants can be found in Sayalonga, a 10-minute drive away. The wide sandy beaches of the Costa del Sol are around 25 minutes away by car. Lovely white villages to visit include Cómpeta en Frigiliana, with wonderful squares and plenty of tapas bars.ATTENTION: the last 1 km. to the house is a dirt road along a mountainside. The road is easy to drive but some caution is required, especially in the dark.
