Ideal for families with children. The standard and also the maximum capacity is for 4 people.This lovely apartment offers a pleasant terrace with an amazing view over the Sant Elm bay, where to enjoy a drink or have breakfast forgetting the stress.You will find the needed appliances to enjoy this property with TV, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, coffe machine, toaster, etc.Kitchen and bathroom renovated in 2018.*Ecotax is mandatory in the Balearic Islands (Law ######### of 29/12/2017).**The keys have to be collected in our local partner FLYING FISH Welcome Office in Palma.**Check-in at the apartment is possible under request and has additional cost. Must be confirmed.**Check-in hours 16-20h. Late arrivals do have a supplement. Early arrivals depending on the availabilty.**Guests must inform the host with the arrival time and flight number.
