This beautiful villa which is equipped with a BBQ and can host up to 7 people, is located in the residential area of Playa de Muro in Alcudia Bay, very close to the beach.It has 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and the other one with two twin beds plus an extra bed for the 7th person.On the ground floor, there is a large living / dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor, you can find three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms (one en suite).There are fans in all the rooms as well as WiFi connection in the whole house.The ground floor terrace is equipped with a BBQ. The building is located just in front the Natural Park of S'Albufera and there is a footpath which leads directly to the beach.Downstairs, there is a garage with the capacity for 1 car and an outdoor parking area for two more cars.In case you have a baby, we are able to provide you a baby cot.Playa de Muro consists of 5.2 kilometres of one of the bests coastlines of Mallorca. It is a beach with calm waters and light waves, fine and golden sand, and some paths with pine groves, undergrowth and junipers. One particularly notable feature is the pine forest in the Es Comú area, which is closed off to traffic.The beach has a blue flag, an award that states the beach's optimum conditions regarding environment and facilities. It's perfect to do a visit with the whole family.There are a lot of things to do in this area: water sports, trekking, biking, horseback riding and a lot of other fun activities.
