This nice luxury apartment is located in a beautifully landscaped modern resort near Estepona and the beach. On the complex is a lagoon with a beautiful white sandy beach where you can surf, canoe, sail etc. A true paradise for an unforgettable stay !! The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms and is located on the ground floor. The adjoining conservatory can be used as a porch, making it a wonderful place to completely unwind and enjoy a refreshing drink. From the apartment you step into the well-maintained tropical gardens. In these gardens you will find several swimming pools and a playground for the children. The apartment has two bedrooms and bathrooms and is well equipped for 4 people. You will have a private underground parking. Do you like to play golf? This location is a very good base, because from here are three resorts located less than 20 minutes. The beach is only 10 minutes by car and in about 15 minutes you are already in the seaside resort of Estepona.
