The luxurious and modern equipped Villa Adriana is located in the exclusive area of Port Adriano, less than 5 minutes away from the sea. The furnishing and the object´s situation remain perfectly for spending some relaxing and unforgettable days on the island. The living area of 200m² spreads over 4 cozy bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room including a separate dining area as well as a modern and fully equipped kitchen with all amenities and a high standard. All in all, the house hosts up to 8 people. At an additional charge, it can be accommodated up to 9 guests.The wonderful garden contains a private pool, a well-tended lawn with sun loungers and a generous terrace with a dining area and an inviting lounge.
