Welcome to this beautiful restored house, first built in the 16th century, in the countryside, in the centre of the island near Búger. It sleeps 6 people + 1 extra. The exteriors are beautiful as there is a large garden, a chlorinated pool of 8 x 5 m, a solarium with deck-chairs, and a barbecue located under the fully equipped porch. This rustic house has 184 m2 distributed over one floor. It has two twin bedrooms, equipped with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom (one with shower and one with bath). A folding guest bed and two cots are available on request. Annexed to the house there is a living room equipped with a sofa and a TV, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. It has air conditioning. The main living room of the house is very cosy and has two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, satellite TV, a fireplace and air conditioning. The dining room is equipped with a dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas cooker. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The location of the house, in the centre of the island, is perfect as it has easy access to any corner. However, renting a car is necessary, since the house is 1.5 km from the nearest bus station in Búger. In this village there is a supermarket, some restaurants, and a pharmacy. The nearest hospital is situated in Inca, 12.4 km away. In Inca you will find a wide variety of shops and restaurants serving fresh fish, high quality meat, pizza, pasta, sushi, tapas, tasting menus or traditional Mallorcan cuisine. Every Thursday, a large market is held around Inca's main streets, which become a bustling place. In Sa Pobla, just 5 km away, you will find supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants, medical centre, sports centre, etc. Sunday is market day in Sa Pobla. Just a 20-minute drive away, you will reach some fantastic beaches such as Platja de Muro, Can Picafort, Port d'Alcúdia, Platja de Formentor and Port de Pollença.
