Finca Los Helechos, meaning the House of Ferns, is a large finca located in the campo of Alhaurin el Grande and has a capacity for 8 people. The plot is completely fenced and has a private swimming pool, air conditioning in the bedrooms upstairs, covered parking for two cars and internet access. This house has an ample living room with a television and a chimney that can be used by the clients. The finca has four bedrooms. Upstairs are three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds) that have air conditioning. Through one of the bedrooms you can go outside to a little terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the campo of Alhaurin el Grande and the garden of the house. Downstairs there is another bedroom with a double bed. There is a complete bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer and a second bathroom with a shower. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and even a dishwasher. Also available are a washing machine and an iron.
