The villa sleeps 6 and is surrounded by gardens, and the sister villa called Villa Delgie, which is the same specification as Villa Clelia.You can take both villas, sleeping 12, which is ideal for friends staying together, or the extended family.Near to the fantastic town of Polignano only a short drive away. Where you will find local produce, fresh fish, and many many superb restaurants. During all the other season, on request, we can apply a 4 night minimum stay. SECURITY DEPOSIT:A security deposit of € 1000,00 for damage is required. It is fully refundable 2 working days later the time of departure, provided the following provisions are met:- No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear;- No charges are incurred due to illegal activity, pets or collection of rents of services rendered during the stay;- All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bin, and soiled dishes are cleaned and the fridge empty.
