The fully equipped eat-in kitchen is complete with dish-washer, washing-machine and dryer, as well as access to a small balcony overlooking an inner courtyard.The night area offers two bedrooms with parquet flooring and air conditioning: the master bedroom has a queen-size bed while the second bedroom has a French-size bed and a second pull-out single bed. At the end of the hallway is a large bathroom offering a stall shower and a small utility room.Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
