This two bedroom apartment of about 70 sq. mt has double glazed windows and tiled flooring in all rooms.

It comprises a terrace (10 sq. mt) overlooking the inner courtyard which is furnished with a table for 4.

The flat opens up onto a modern, fully fitted kitchen with a 6-seater dining table, a microwave oven and a dishwasher; from here you enter the living room, which comes with two sofas, a TV set and a chair bed.

The night area is composed of a double bedroom with a spacious two-door closet, and a single bedroom with a TV set and a two-door wardrobe.

The bathroom has shower stall.

Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need.

Security Deposit: 300

There is a security deposit due upon arrival. The amount of the Security Deposit depends on the duration of the stay:

Duration of less than 15 days: €300

Duration of 15 days or more: €1,000

The Security Deposit will be returned to the Client in full within 5 days of the termination of the contract

The electricity and gas meters will be read upon check in and check out for these purposes. Should the monthly bill exceed this limit, the extra cost will be retained from the Security Deposit.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Company may replace the Property with another of identical or superior quality, should the Company be unable to guarantee the Client use of the Property due to events of force majeure or for any contingencies beyond the Company's control. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.

The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
