It is at only 5 km from Camaiore and 12 km from Pietrasanta. The property is ideal for those looking for a seaside resort, being at only 12 km from the beaches, and at same time it is an ideal base for touring this part of Tuscany. On the lower floor, at the pool level, there are a spacious and cool sitting room and 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 more people. Being these two bedrooms less bright and not at the same standard of the others, we believe that the house is perfect for 6 but can be rented also for up to 10 people. The last part of the road leading to the house is narrow and can be difficult for big vans. Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you'll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a private pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of shopping. It's very convenient to have a washing machine on the premises that is available for your laundry needs. Sharing a meal with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation.
